Some blocks demand a pool that can hold its own against the landscape. This Coldstream acreage is one of them.
The property is expansive, with established trees, open paddocks and the kind of outlook you don’t want to interrupt. The Leisure Pools Definitive 12 in Graphite Grey was the right choice here. At 12 metres, it’s a substantial swim, and the Graphite Grey gelcoat reads almost like a mirror at dusk, picking up the sky and the tree line in a way that a lighter colour simply wouldn’t.
The concrete tiled spa sits flush alongside the pool, adding a practical wellness element without cluttering the space. The formal landscaping, with its clipped hedging, open lawn and newly planted trees set against dark garden beds, gives the whole area a considered, unhurried feel that suits the rural setting.
This is a pool built for a property that already had a lot going for it. It fits in without trying too hard, and that’s exactly the point.
