Westside Pools, Spas & Saunas is a family business, run by Cassie and Troy Burrows. Between them, they bring over 25 years of hands-on experience building pools across Melbourne’s West and Regional Victoria.
They genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Troy is personally involved in every build, from the first site visit to the final handover. Cassie keeps everything running behind the scenes, making sure every family they work with feels looked after from start to finish.

Every member of the Westside crew is experienced, reliable and held to the same high standard Cassie and Troy set across every project. We’ve kept our team tight so nothing gets overlooked and every client feels genuinely looked after.

Troy’s been building pools for over 25 years. He started as an apprentice, learnt his trade from the ground up and has spent his career delivering quality pools across Melbourne’s West & Regional Victoria.
As a licensed builder and authorised Leisure Pools dealer, Troy is personally involved in every project. He’ and his team are on site, answering your questions and making sure the job is done right.
Cassie is the one keeping everything on track. She manages the day-to-day operations, coordinates every project and makes sure each client is looked after from first enquiry to final handover.
She’s also a passionate advocate for backyard wellness, bringing infrared saunas, mineral pools and hot and cold therapy into the Westside offering.
Brock is the person who makes sure everything runs the way it should on site. As Construction Supervisor, he coordinates the trades, keeps the build moving and makes sure every pool we hand over meets the standard we’d be happy with in our own backyard.

Most installations take 2 to 4 weeks from excavation to handover. The pool shell itself goes in within a day, it’s the groundwork, plumbing, electrical and finishing that takes the time. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
It depends on the pool size, your site and what equipment you choose. We don’t do ballpark figures over the phone, we prefer to visit your site, understand what you’re after and give you a proper quote with everything included. No surprises.
Yes, most pools need a building permit and must meet safety barrier requirements. Don’t worry, we handle all the paperwork and council submissions. It’s part of what we do.
Fibreglass pools are faster to install (weeks, not months), easier to maintain, smoother on your feet and backed by lifetime warranties. They also tend to be more cost-effective over the life of the pool. Happy to talk you through the pros and cons.
